Our cold rolled steel sheet is available in varied thickness, width and surface finishes. Its thickness is available between 0.4mm and 2.0mm and width between 1000mm and 1250mm. Due to our adoption of ABB and Siemens automation control system during production process, our cold rolled steel sheet has small thickness tolerance. To suit customers' high demands, we manufacture our steel sheet with high surface flatness as well.
Our cold rolled steel sheet is annealed by either continuous annealing lines or batch annealing furnaces. Packing of the Cold Rolled Steel Sheet
Seaworthy export packing is adopted for our cold rolled steel sheet products. The cold rolled steel sheet is strapped with four radial bands and four circumferential bands in steel, and also comes with galvanized metal fluted rings for protection of inner and outer edges. Meanwhile, galvanized metal and waterproof paper disk are available for the protection of the two ends, and the steel sheet is further protected by the galvanized metal and waterproof paper around the interior and exterior circumferential surfaces.
