If needed, free samples can be provided for testing, and the cost of mailing is borne by our company.

In-sale service
We will keep the customer informed of the latest news regarding to the ordered products, and prepare the materials needed for the customs declaration and clearance. The delivery cycle is generally one month, and the specific date shall be subject to the order contract.

After-sale service
We can offer a complete set of after-sale service. Prior to delivery, we will arrange inspection on the goods and issue a quality assurance declaration. When the goods arrive at the port of destination, we can also handle the possible quantity and quality problems of our goods within a certain time.

Special service
According to the customer's demand, we can provide customized service for part of our products, with the width ranging from 900 mm to1250mm. In addition, we can offer cutting service for our cold rolled and galvanized steel products. OEM service is also available as we have already had three years experience in this field.
