PanHua Group has established two major production bases and two R&D bases, where we manufacture and develop high quality steel sheet products to meet customers' various requirements. All our steel materials are purchased from reliable suppliers and have been JIS and ASTM certified, which ensures high quality of our cold rolled steel and hot dipped galvanized steel products. We currently have a variety of production lines for manufacturing different steel sheet and steel coil products, including five production lines of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons, and two production lines of prepainted galvalume steel sheet with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons, as well as four production lines of color coated steel sheet with an annual production capacity of 60 tons, etc.
With such a large production capacity, we are able to keep our production costs low and pass this savings on to our clients. The application of advanced production technologies saves energy and helps to reduce production costs of our cold rolled steel, color coated steel, silicon steel coil, and other steel sheets. We have also lowered our logistics costs by establishing two piers, two steel markets, two processing and distribution centers, and a shipping company, thus providing convenience and cost savings for us and our customers.
PanHua Group is located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Industrial Park. We are conveniently located east of Shanghai, south of the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, west of the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, and north of the Yangtze River, opposite Nantong Port. This advantageous geographical location makes it convenient and cost effective to transport and deliver our cold rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, color coated steel, and more products to our global customers. Our PPGI, tinplate coil and other steel products are exported to more than sixty countries around the world, including the United States, Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, France, Poland, Switzerland, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ethiopia, Niger, Brazil, Columbia, Chile, Peru, Australia, and New Zealand, among others.
